Kangaroo Flip.....ugly?

There's no doubt that the kangaroo flip is a crazy innovative trick...but does anyone else out there think it isn't the best looking thing out there. It kindof bring me back to aerials/1900's style backflips. Thoughts?
 
yes i agree with you. it is a crazy trick but it doesn't look too good. its very innovative though and is another step in progression for our sport and it awesome in that aspect.
 
i dunno about that cuz, i can see how they wouldn't look sick if they were super hucked or thrashy, but when jon does them theyre super smooth and look hella sick.
 
don't know why it was given such a retarded name...to appeal to the masses? anyways its straight progression and it looks amazing...i can't wait to see flat 5's and 9s in the b/c...pep you listening?
 
i hated scorpion in that game. as soon as someone would figure out that you could just shoot that harpoon thing out and then bring the guy in and punch him in the face he would use it over and over again and it would suck ass

As for the roo flip, did any of you actually see Jon stomping those at JOI? like he never left the ground.
 
They look sexafied. Id like to see it with a double mute or uncrossed tail, but i think that would fuck the rotation.
 
That shit is soo sick man his kangi flip with the Japan that shits sooo sick, he learnt that shit at the melbourne water ramps mid summer here mid winter over there he flew all the way here to practice for his comp hence the Kangaroo flip.
 
i think the one where he lands switch is pretty steezy but the one where he just comes back forwards is kinda gay
 
I think it is a sick trick with a lot of style. Jon and Jacob do that trick so style and its original to. Anyway, its a free world, not every people like the same things.
 
i see it more as a novelty trick... cool too see every now and then, but i don't need to see it 5+ times in one vid. by one rider.
 
i think "jon's" kangaroo flips looked dope. He made them look so effortless and styled out. It wasn't hucked at all. But he makes every trick look like that. Its good to see new shit thrown with style
