To all who don't know...the old sethpistol.com site was shut down recently because of legal reasons (as stated by seth morrison on the k2 site) and the seth vicious at k2skis.com is now called the "seth". Not really sure whats up but people might have finally caught on and now want a piece of the money....which sucks but thats the world today.

weird...thats like when someone had like pepsicola.com or sumthing and got a shit load of money

^^I think because it was suppose to be a play off sid vicious.....and they are either just playing it safe because of the seth pistol name being attacked or maybe someone actually thinks seth vicious is breaking a law related to intellectual proberty right laws(not sure if thats what it would fall under though? But there is something)

yeah and thats so gay because they cant say they were playing it off of sid vicious..they are 2 diffrent things

Yeah, the only comparisons I can see is in their winter catalog when they mention the punk stuff in the description, and how similar seth vicious sounds to sid vicious. I don't know if the picture on the ski is suppose to be similar to seth or sid or both in anyway either. I totally don't know anything about sid vicious so I really have no idea. Although if anybody has every won a case on anything similar to this in the past then its more likely it would happen again.

whenever i see seth pistols im sure to cover my eyes. the bright yellow has been known for severl types of eye related injuries.

well on the new vicious - it clearly states on the bottom "Seth Vicious" does that mean all the Seths from here on in will just be branded "seths"

thats ghey, its too bad, i guess cuz the old seth pistols stickers looked a hell of a lot like sex pistol stickers

anyway it shouldnt matter because they are two completely different fields of business

its like that lawsuit between apple records(owns all the beatles, paul mcartney, george harrison, etc) and apple computers. The case was settled because they said there would be no problem if the companies didnt venture into each others field of business.

this is very true. even alot of the lettering and color schemes used on the first gen pistol matched exactly to the sex pistol posters, and stickers.
