Has anyone skiied them and what are they like most people just say they are awsom but havnt skiied them, whats the story?????

They aren't coming out untill dec. but a few people on this site have riden them, there are pics of them in the news section. They're supposed to be wicked sweet, and they've supposdly fixed the delam problem that the old enemy's had. But k2 seems to be hyping the seth pistol more then the PE. But the PE is looking like it will kick some serious booty.

'cause i don't get twon days of in a road silly' me trying to make sense

from what the k2 rep told me, the public enemy is a brand new ski, unlike anything else. It has the wider, straighter sidecut of the popular scratch, however still has k2's straight sidewall and triaxal fiberglass wrapping. The twin tip is larger and more effective, and it is lighter. The flex is similar to the enemy, with the middle range stiffness throughout the ski, so it can handle both big air and a bit of the rest of the mountain.

I have not ridden these myself, i have just heard from the rep. I think it will be a sick ski.

I know Anthony Boronowski is on this site, and he may have ridden them, im not sure.

They are a brand new design and ride ten times better than the old enemies. Big assed tail makes anything switch a breeze and they have rivets in the tip and tail so the ski won't delam. The slap test on the island couldn't break the ski!

They are almost as wide as the Pocket Rocket in the tip and they are 80mm underfoot. What does this mean? Monster stability for jumps. Straight sidewalls reduces

teh chance for your edges to smash out as in an angled sidewall. Keeps the ski more torsionally rigid too. Definately try to demo them when they hit the stores, you won't be dissapointed.

ok so i heard that they are straighter than the scratch... then somone says they are as wide in the tip as the pocketrocket but are still only 80mm underfoot.....????? that would make tham like the most shaped ski of all time.... 122-80-?

that dosent make scence?

are the sizes going to be 169, 179, and 189 like the Seth Pistols?

WHY??? is jeff thomas switching to K2 for next year or what?

'When I'm mad as fuck you get shot and to some it's bad luck, I believe you held something back for too long, it grew strong and energy got its own will, and people think that we make music still, but music is there without you or me we just minipulate for better or worse so let it situate.'

The Public Enemy is the answer to the delam problem that has plagued the Enemy, but K2 has taken out their excellent wooden core in the Public Enemy. Excellent intermediate ski, but go with the spaceframe in the new 1080s for experts(reason is stability at high speeds). Because K2 has taken out their wood cores the Public Enemy will only cost three fifty to four hundred, but at the cost of stabiliity in the ski.
