K2 warranty?? SETH's

Anyone know if K2 will warranty these. I just warrantied my other ones but dont know if these are warrantable. Anyone know? Any help would be great. If some people are asking why don't I just go to a K2 dealer, well there about 60 miles away from me at the moment. Oh and no, there is no impact damage, I dont hit rails and there are no core shots near these areas. Edge is in great shape.

definately looks warranteeable (if thats a word)

on a side note it serves you right for tainting great skis with marker pieces of shit. twice.
 
ok this is how it goes, k2 will give you your money back just phone them and ask, but the problem is that k2 doesn't have any more seths i got the same skis and i was just checking up on the warranty if my skis broke (there not) but k2 said they don't have any skis now i know a guy that kept skiing on them until the season is over and they said they would send him the 09 obsethed but i'm not sure if you can ski on those but anyways hopefully that tells you what you want to know.
 
it's cosmetic, get over it.

on the other hand, it's worth a shot to get a new pair of skis but i'd wait till the end of the season.

and that damage looks fairly extensive..surely more than cosmetic.
 
Get over it? Dude, I have no idea on how or what goes into the build of a ski. So therefor I did not know if that would hurt it, let water get into the core or whatever. Now that I posted this thread, i have learned a lot. but thanks for being a cool guy with great advice to other fellow ns'ers
