hey guys, im looking at some skis online. and i have to go to the states to buy them. it would only be a day trip and i would have to pay dutie on them. so i was wondering if anyone knew wher they were made??

Dude, when you're crossing the border don't tell them that you bought the skis, when they ask if you've purchased anything just say no.
 
Well, their mailing address and headquarters are still in Vashon. So i would say thats where the company is based.
 
dont you have to pay a tax on them if you cross the border. and they say 'made in china'
 
yes you do if you CLAIM THEM....you dont have too,....they are not going to bust down your fucking car and rip all the shit out just for a pair of skis...put them under the seat...put them in the back...w/e...they are not gonna search the car...and if they do...you brought them from canada before you came...no problem...i dont know why you would claim them.,.
 
juts buy some shirts and claim them so it makes customs happy and take the all the tags off the skis so if they see them u can say u alredy baught them and u just brought them down to look for bindings
