The PE's aren't messed up, the top sheets are just pretty scratched up.
Both of these skis are really in great shape, the bases and edges are solid, the top sheets are just scratched/chipped up a bit.
it's just a lil cosmetic damage! snatch these things up! \by the way... preferably paypal
