K2 ROCKS!

anyone who was at Baker this week knows why.

K2, thanks to everyone for putting on such a cool event, i had a freakin blast.

oh yea, the Obsethed are Disgusting, one of the best skis ive ever skied.

Baker is sick. Frickin awesome terrain. But k2 is not so good for me... I don't like the whole butter zoning and unevenly milled thing. And the rivets on the tip sometimes catch on the edge of the other ski.

kamp k2 was the funnest event ever. and we got like 3-4 feet of snow. skiing pow and partying. the best trip of my life. k2 also just won the masters!!!!

Do your homework man, k2 mills out both tips on the Fugitive, Silencer, and I think they do it on some others like the Seth and PE. Line does their butter zones immediately in front of and behind the boot instead of on the tips like k2. k2 doesn't actually call it a "butter zone" buts that's still what it is.

How do you snap a pair of PEs? Thoes skis are about as tough as a hunk of steel, and about as flexible.

oh they're not snapped, its just there all ripped up and shit, giant gouges taken out the tops and bottoms... they look like they've been subject to some crazy shark-attack

bollocks.

thats all im gonna say about either one of them. right now im not to fond of either. baker sucks ass, the management is terrible imo, they dont seem to care about their employees all that much, and love to make promises they had no intention of keeping.

and k2 isnt that bad i guess other than the rivet problem, which happen mostly in tight spots, and the feeling of clicking into a cinder block they are so heavy.

^^^ Start skiing instead of just straight-lining to park, get your knees together and lean over, maybe make some tight tree turns, that's when mine catch. And they did a ton when I was learning to ski switch, kinda doin the wedge switch.

Kamp K2 story to come soon with plenty of pics. As far as the rivets, you are officially the first person to complain about them catching on eachother. WIth wider skis, you don't have to ski with your legs as close together as you once did.

was that aimed at me, ? I've spent hardly any time in the park, I spend all my time back country, and guess what... I don't snow plow, or straight line, I ski... and I don't tend to ski with my tips overlapping, get you facts straight before you burn people...

what pair of skis did yotu get? I almost went. I wanted to go, but didn't have the moneys.

Everybody has to learn man.

And grifter, sorry man. The vast majority of people on here ride mostly park, so I figured it would be a safe assumption.
