K2 Revolver Pro vs Revolver Team Boots

I recently went to get fitted for boots, and got fitted to the revolver pro. While there, I didn’t get a chance to try on the revolver teams since the fitter’s time was about up and the shop was closing. I wanted to know if the revolver teams fit the same as the pros. From the info I’ve seen online, it seems the teams are all around a better boot and I’d rather get those if they fit similarly.

Here’s to hoping Tom P sees my post! Haha

Hey man. Basically the same yeah. Some think the toe box is slightly tighter in the pro but honestly if you compare the CAD of both sheep’s on top of each other there is very little difference. What does change the fit though is the liner. The Team uses our pro tongue liner rather than the wrap. So that can make them feel different but if you have skied tongue liners in most other boots you will probably get on with them just fine.

Got it, thank you so much for the response! I had Il moros before, so it was a wrap. I have a pretty skinny calf, hopefully the tongue liner fits well too. I don’t ride a ton of park anymore (early 30s), but still ride really aggressively/playfully all mtn in the cottonwoods. Which boot would you recommend? What are the trade offs?

Comes down to liner and how much you want replaceable soles/gripwalk. Both can be any flex you want so that’s not an issue. You do get the cam buckle power strap on the team rather than the Velcro strap on the pro. For me I’d go for the team for the replaceable soles and the powerstrap if the liner is not a big factor for you.
