K2 pontoons in the park?

I think you are a dumb fucking noob who should stick your head in the sand. I thought hellbents were ridiculious enough? I mean come on, I have never heard such a stupid question. Did you actually expect to get someone who would say, "durrrrrr, shit is the golden ticket to skiing like B-Brown?" No you shithead. Your fucking retarded.

I have to say if you are being serious be prepared for the biggest grilling of your life to date.

If you're joking however, be prepared to get run over by the hate train.

I can new pair of Pontoons from about 3 years back for about 150. Debating buying some, putting bindings on them CENTER MOUNT!, and using them on the EC parks just for fun.

Probably not though.

wasnt there an edit back when they first came out when the kid demoed them and took em in the park and was hitting some boxes and stuff or am i thinking when the bents first came out?

Not saying your a troll, but this deff seems like a troll post. surprised no one has been like WTF why would you want those thing in the park and freaking out.

Im sure it would be possible to ski them in the park. Just as it would be possible for someone with experience to ski a 151 invader down a spine in alaska. Wouldn't be pretty but it could be done.

Haha, I actually skied my pontoons in the park for a while when my other skis broke. It's tricky, but fun. and when you go back to a park ski you can throw down like ten times harder cause they feel so light

My first idea was "BLASPHEMY!!!"
but then i tought "WWMD" (What would Mcconkey Do ?)
And then i tought: "AWESOME!" give it a go !!":)

kinda a dumb question but i would never use that ski in park because of the tail i think it would dig into the snow if you land switch and they are really heavy

Although this is harsh and has been criticized already... he's primarily correct... the thread is a waste of people's time and an incredibly ignorant question...of course you can use pontoons in the park... but asking everyone what they think...? you know what they think unless you are completely incompetent.
it's like asking if you can use a semi in a nascar race, or using garden sheers to cut your toe nails... etc...
of course you CAN do it... but it is obviously a setback... all in all. insanely stupid question.

Ignoring all the bullshit in this thread, I say it's a ridiculous idea but if I saw someone in the park with Pontoons I'd probably give them a cookie. It's like Glen Plake on his 210s going down Gunbarrel. Just not as neon.

DUDE THEY'RE SO GOOD ON RAILS THE REVERSE CAMBER MEANS THAT YOU DON'T GET EDGE BITE, THE TAPERED SIDECUT MEANS YOU CAN'T RIDE SWITCH, WHICH WILL HELP YOU SPIN BIGGER, AND THE LACK OF ANY STIFFNESS WHATSOEVER WILL MAKE THEM SUPER DOOPER EASY TO BUTTER. ALSO, THE WIDTH WILL GIVE YOU EXTRA LANDING STABILITY

what was the edit from a year or two ago where Colby West is making fun of all different pros and their style, like dumont, candide, and pep fujas. for fujas's part he's on pontoons like doing butters with no poles and its actually pretty funny. maybe a joss edit? kinda need to see it, not that funny just describing it but the pontoon subject always brings back the memory of it...
