Are the k2 Phat Luv skis comin out next winter a backcountry ski, because they look like they are but I can't tell. Does anybody know

The Phat Luv is an AK Launcher, only a bit softer and with pretty pink flowers. K2 Dosent make them anymore, but you can definatly find some around if ya look. Or just get some seth pistols, they're better anyway.

the best idea ever was the one that was diabolicly hatched today at lunch in the hall way of my school. It involved a boat and beer and selling that beer to 14 yearolds for like $3 a bottel, so that way from every 24 we got, we would get 12 and then never have to pay for our own beer again. and if the poilice tried to stop us, we were drive away in a boat (which doesnt have a licence plate) but, if there were on a baot, we were throw peanuts at them, cause its highly probable that one of them in alergic to then and he would go into anaphletic shock and we were get away. if that didnt work we were catapult cows at them and wait for the headlines 'police boat sunk by flying cows'. --Apple.
 
The K2 Phat Luv will return for next season...its the same ski new graphics...there will also be a tele version called Dawn Patrol.

I was refering to the AK Launchers. Anyway, I have to say the new topsheet graphic for the Phat Luvs is pretty bad IMHO, I didn't mind the hawiianesqe theme on this years at all, but the new ones are entirely too affeminine. Pink and Purple flowers everywhere! yuk!

they do make the AK Launcher, well, they changed its name, but its the exact same ski, and they took it out of the Factory Team lineup and put it in their Axis series of skis. if you dont beleive me go here

you are correct. i forgot about that....but the pistols are so better of a ski anyway, I don't know why anyone would elect to get the Axis AKs over them unless they were some old fart who got frightened over Malay's sickass graphics (rip buddy)

 
I want a pair of those for my wife the (Phat luvs). Right now she uses Pocket Rockets 165 but I put heavy binders on the things, plus she only straight airs in Powder. She wants to go light so I figure fritsh freeride touring binders ont eh phat luvs would be all right for her.

Anyone see any phat luvs this year and at what price. In Japan they only ordered 4 at 150cms.

The wife is tiny 5,4 and 110 so 160 to 165 is enough.

P.S. JAPAN HAS SICK POWDER
