if you wern't half retarded you would know that before they moved production to china they made skis on vashon island. good one
 
and Nick you better do it quick. I did a job shadow out at vashon and its a really sick place. Might wanna check it out before they move.

we're heading up to seattle for a little vacay in late july, and it looks like a pain in the ass to get out to vashon. too bad they won't have moved by then. although i've heard seattle traffic jams are epic.
 
I-5 is paradise, i dont know what youre talking about.. you can be bumper to bumper from Olympia to Everett on a good day.

Vashon on the other hand is beautiful... not yet the Condo/Cooper Mini clusterfuck that Bainbridge has become. As of now you can walk on a ferry downtown or in west seattle and be a 4 mile bus ride from K2 in a half hour... as opposed to sitting in your car ... indefinitely. I'm a little let down... but what are you gonna do, i imagine K2 would like to succeed and the jungle of warehouses in Sodo have to be a lot cheaper to work from than from the islands.
 
oh goodie i know exactly where theyll be moving too, and I drove by it today (before I knew). Their factory on the island was cool though.
