I just bought these and then realized I can't really afford them if I'm going to buy a sled this season. They haven't been drilled yet and they are in great shape. They look like fun skis, I'll have to wait till next year to get a pair. 179' length looking for money, no trades

...way to start the bid, but that's a lot less than I paid for them. Like a pair another pair of skis worth less.
 
Haha, I meant to say. the difference between $250 mand what I paid for these is enough to buy a decent pair of skis. So yeah, I am looking for a higher bid.
 
Someone just offered $425 still looking for a bit more. The suggested price is like $800, but you can get them for around $650. I want to hook someone up, so keep the offers coming.
 
AAHHH ! IWANT YOUR SKIS!, but im getting them from the shop i work at, just not enough moooolah yet. good luck seling these beasts.
 
The bidding is up to $500...that's more like it, but three people have bid that amount when I checked my pm's, so just a bit more. I'll sell them for $550 SHIPPED for the first person to pm me for them, saving you at least $100 if you were to get them retail. Not to mention the fact that most places have already sold out of them.
 
You may be aware of this already, but they actually measure 186' tip to tail, it's the way K2 does it. They are a bit longer than the EP pros. My brother who is 6'4 bought the 189' bents and they measure 196' and they are BURLY. So yeah, the actual contact point on groomed snow is much less, but 179' iwould be more fun to throw around, use in the park, butter etc but still scralp the gnar stuff.
 
its true. a 2 stroke sled will emit close to the same amount of polution as a regular car. not an SUV or a truck, but i dunno, a medium sized car.

4 strokes are expensive, but theyre alot better for the enviroment.
 
I'm still calling BS on that, but w/e mang. I'd have to look into it and stuff, but I don't have time anywya.

2-stroke's are sicker to ryde though.
 
who cares....one volcanic eruption puts out enough pollution to account for humanities dumping for 20 years....enjoy it while you're living and drive a goddam sled....
 
I just checked Ebay and they have zero hellbents for sale, so I could prob get like $600 for these on Ebay, but I would rather sell them for $550 shipped to a kid on NS. Shops are selling out of these so here's a chance to own some 1st gen Hellbents and save a little money. I'll leave this offer for a few days then I'll hit up Ebay or the TGR forums next week...sooo if you're in the market, let em hang or make an offer better than $500. Dope skis, wish I could keep them- *teardrop*

I agree that pollution is bad, and 2 stroke stuff is bad too, I just can't afford a brand new nice 4-stroke. Al Gore is legit too.

I agree, we've got to take care of the enviro, I'm just not sure why this argument is in my sale thread. Oh well it's good for bumps. However, I would like to feast on my share of the backcountry, I'm sick of watching bc footage on film and not getting into it, AND, I'm no telemarker. So, when the price on 4 strokes comes down, I'll buy one, shoot, I'd buy an electric sled if it took me up the mountain. Until then, I'm done just watching the pros shred the bc.
 
bump for these skis. just so all you shop kids out there know, last i checked, k2 is out of these at the factory, so if you're tryin to cop a pair, you might wanna jump on this...

Haha, so you're flaming this kid for selling some legit high demand, increasingly rare skis for $100 less than reg price beacause you're shop HAD them for less at one point? Bad form son, bad form.
 
Okay so I'm traveling without my laptop for a couple days, I'll leave it to anyone interested to make any bids over $500, or secure these bad boys for $550 shipped (if you're outside the US perhaps we can negotiate shipping further) I'll check it again on Monday morning and take them to TGR or Ebay if nobody can throw down on them. $550 is a legit price for these based on retail/availability. Even if you ride them this year then sell them I'm sure they would be worth some cash so if you're still debating, you've got 3 days.
 
seriously. these skis are super rare k2 is all out of them and they only made a certain amt. on top of a 100 pairs that got stolen in salt lake a while back

this is a steal of a deal
