K2 fujatives ore k2 silencer?

Silencers are just last years PE's (possibly the year before) with cap construction so I'd go with them. Stiffer than fugatives which are far too soft in my opinion. I havent ridden silencers but I imagine them to be better.

actually its the PEs from 2 or 3 years ago, but they made them cheaper because they dont have rivets and the sidewall construction is shittier. Fujatives are softer and wider. Your call

fugatives are more of a park ski, and i hear they don't handle ice well.

the silencers are both park and all-mountain cruising, not so much in the whole powder department though.

yo i have the 07 fujatives cuz of warrenty and there shit...and i have the silencers and there the best ski ive riden..i like them alot

Silencers are the same demensions as the origonal PEs , but they do have a different cap const

what do you ski?? I ski lots of pipe and love the silencers. they are not the same as last years p.e's as stated above they are only 80mm underfoot the p.es.are 85mm which makes them a little more versatile all mountain. The silencer is pretty much just a park and pipe ski and at that they excel. If you like to do lots of butters and stuff id get the fujative.

the '05 PE's were 80mm underfoot

i'd go with the silencers if you want a stiffer ski, and plan to do more all-mountain and pipe

the fuja's are park-specific and are really soft

get fugitives i got some and they r really soft but thats fun for butterin and shit but ya they look cooler and shit to

Silencers are the origional PE, with capped construction.

ive been ridding these guys this season, and i realllllly dig them. super fun ski for jumps, stable and poppy. on flatland, after a bit of breaking in, i can butter them fairly easily, and pop like madd once they are flexed. fujas, you can expect to be better on flatland and in softer snow, but dont expect them to be awesome jump skis, the soft platform makes them a bit more unstable, and less explosive of lips.

man your good....took the words right outta Scotland's mouth

Didnt read the whole thread buddy but any time you want to get schooled on K2 skis just let me know

I saws ya on the TV....some show called Ride Like a Pro or something like that

it had a bunch of noodly skiing ahaha

yup. exactly. i hate the new PEs, but loved the previous generation. the silencer is that ski at a dirt cheap price. awesome product

^you serious? this guy likes park, go with the K2 invader, they kick ass. Get the 140 or so, they are so sick, just like skiblades!

Actually, the stuff you ride makes a difference, as well as your height, weight and ability level. Tell, or you'll get bullshit responses (like these)

i've heard good things about the scilencer in pipe and jumps.

its the same shape as the origonal pe but with cap construction. its a bit softer than the current pes. i'd say its inbetween the fuja and the current pe. it looks pretty gnar too with the black on black graphics. if you're gonna be doing lotsa butters n jibs then probably go with fujas
