K2 Fujatives... okay for NC snow?

I just got a pair of 179 K2 Fujatives. Are these boards okay for cruising and some park riding out here?

I am leery of the flex.

Any opinions?

Thanks!

Not at all - the friction coefficient of NC snow is 3.14x that of snow in VT and 6.28x that of west coast snow - the ptex base on those skis will dichromatically departiculate the ice crystals into a hyperosmatic state - whch will leave you unhappy - in fact no skis work on NC snow, to be safe you should stick to rollerskating and freestyle walking

honestly. i think you would be better with some 181 atomic deviants. ohhh wow. just so happens that i have a pair. wanna trade?

lmao!

this notion of rollerskating is not unheard of. The reliance upon slope angles greater than 60 degrees would in fact relate well to acceleration and momentum, thereby increasing speed in which to intiate a "turn". Which of course is contrary to the idea of NC having slopes greater than 60 degrees....

But hey! The temps have been around 60 degrees all year. Maybe these will work just fine.

Thanks you jokers!

Re: Deviants... what is the flex versus the Fujas? If they are any softer, then the answer is obviously no. But, if they are indeed stiffer, then I may just be into that!

i have fujatves in CT and they suck for anything but park......and the edge blew out badly trade for the atomics

fujatives will be fine. atlantaski has old 04/05 fujatives and he loves them everywhere. Pretty much NC is only ood for park, so fujatives will be fine(and I think they do fine all mountain too). I have invaders and they work great.

fujis r awesome for park and ok at everything else except ice. if u ski ice a lot then i'd say dont get them unless you got another pair of skis too

Haha thats awesome!

Fujis have shit bases anyway and have no edge hold over 10 mph. But on the other hand they are cheeeeeeeep and buttery for pratting around on.
