The Fujative is a different shape and construction than the PE

It's a bit wider with different flex points designed to make buttering smoother

compared to the PE it's stiffer at the very tip, then softer further down the nose toward the binding, as well it is stiffer at the very tail then softer closer to the binding.

K2 is testing skis in saas fee switzerland right now, pep isnt here, I think Rory Silva is, (that^s what one of the k2 guys said). I`ll try to get pics of the new seth pistols and public enemies when i get a chance. they look pretty similar, but are cooler (enemies have gold bullet rivets). the k2 dude said the fugatives should be in stores in november, but that^s just here-say. apparently on the fujatives there is a flex point in front of the toe piece and behind the heel piece for manuals/presses, and it allows you to ollie the ski way better supposedly.

that^s all i gots to say about that.

Pep deserves a pro model and for the person who said silva rides for k2 like nobody knows about him watch for him to explode this year he is fucking amazing if you have seen him ride at mammoth he had some injuries last season.

 
Why do companies always release skis mid-season? Just for final testing purposes,or just to annoy the consumer?

^exactly, also in some cases they don't get the testing and technology done until later but still wanna release them rather than waiting a whole nother season, from what i know the pe graphics are wehn you put them side by side (all the different lenghts that is) they make a muiral and the fujitive are purely a jib ski, if you want all mountain twin stay with the pe

Those skis do look pretty sick, but I'm more interested to see these new pistols people are talking about. Park specific would be kinda cool, but only for people who can afford more than one pair of skis...or live in the east. haha, the east.

Can anyone actually prove that it is a K2 ski? I don't know about yous, but I can't see any K2 logo on it.

And BTW, the reason for mid-season release stems from a marketing concept known as the product life cycle.

Those are the new K2 fugative, the top sheet is red with black graphics. Ryan, the same artist that did the PE's and SP's did the new graphic and they should be availible later this year.

 
noone knows what the specs are, how they ride, how durable they are, or any of that shit, and yet u yuppie fucks are sayinbg, yeah im gonna get those. man, thats rediculous. this again proves how naive some of you are. some kid could have made these skis up, pained over some of his old ones, and thats all he needs to do to make ppl on here splooge. im not saying they are fake, i bet they are real, my point is just that u would rather buy the 'new ski' than have one that was good for your size, weight, and ability. dont be dumbasses

those skis pictured were 179cm, and i^m pretty sure it is 86-88mm in the waist. the coolest thing about them is that apparently they fucked around with the flex for nose/tail presses and are better for ollies and stuff. it will be cool to see whether this will open the door for new types of tricks/urban shit.
