K2 Faction or Icelantic

recoil is a very different ski than the prodigy and rkr.

what/where are you going to be skiing, ability, style etc?

I have a pair of hellbents as well as a pair of watchouts for pow so these would be a strictly park ski.I am definitely more of a pow skier than park rat but am working on my park rat skills.

I'm about 6ft and way like 210

I'm not really sure how good I am my best trick jumps is a cork 5 or switch unnatural three on.

Rails I am a little weak but I can hit any rail feature just cant really do anything tech.

So what are you skiing park on now? On your hellbents?

I also moved from pow skiing to park, which is generally the opposite direction to most people and I've found wider skis more natural up until now. I skied the Line Elizabeth and then the Line SFB as park skis.

I think the Prodigy and the Recoil will feel quite similar the prodigy is around a centimetre wider but they both have a medium stiff flex, not that much rocker etc. I haven't skied the Prodigy itself but I've skied some Factions and the Recoil so I'm inferring from that.

The Nomad RKR looks a lot like the Line SFB which is my all time favourite ski up until now. I would guess it is a mid-flex but will feel softer due to a generous amount of rocker in the tips and tails. It will definitely feel more like a pow ski than either of the others you mentioned. It's another 12mm wider than the prodigy and it will smear like your hellbents if pushed but also be a lot more stable on jump landings due to the camber underfoot. I'm basically presuming it skis similarly to my Line SFBs because the specs and profile are so similar.

I would go for the RKR or even the SFBs that I have. Either in the longest length if you are still used to a fat ski.

If you have a got to your current level on a park ski and are used to that, and want a relatively normal park ski, I'd get Line Chronics because they feel pretty similar to the Recoils but lighter, more fun and cheaper. I've been considering the switch to skinnier skis and I've tried out a ton of skis lately. I'm still not convinced on skinny, but if I do switch Chronics are my favourite out of the ones I've tried by far (Chronics, AR7s, Halos, THalls, Recoils, Elan Slingshots, Rocker 2 92s, Afterbangs, Anthems, Scimitars).
