K2 extreme of line anthems

i rode the k2 extremes last year and really liked them. i want to do bigger jumps so i was lookin at gettin a ski with a bigger underfoot. i was looking at the line anthems. what do you guys think?

pretty sure the anthems are a decent bit softer

extremes will be better on bigger jumps unless you stomp the hell out of everything

The extremes have a pretty decent underfoot and they're pretty stiff. That's what you want for big jumps man. A stiffer ski on bigger jumps is prime because you won't get rocked on your landings as much. Also, they'll feel better when you're bombing in to the jump (assuming you really are doing big jumps). I'd go with the Extreme. Plus, K2 is and has always been a solid company.

I am not badmouthing Line's team in anyway but you have arguably one of the greatest Backcountry skiers on their team along with two guys (and a ton other people) that are taking the park into the powder and fucking around. Go K2.

I guess go k2 if you only buy skis based on the companys team lineup. I usually prefer to make ski purchases based on the quality of the ski I'm going to receive. not that I disagree, k2 is pretty legit. I'm just sayin..

after ski teching and skiing over a hundred days a year for the last 5 seasons i have no problem saying k2 makes one of the most durable skis. and since line got moved to k2's factory same deal. solid....i wonder what happened to vokyl

^^overrated? the anthems are great skis for park but for jumps theyre good for medium sized jumps and you can do large jumps on them but the only problem is the super flixible tip and tail. So if your doing jibs boxes rails etc.... and some jumps anthem, if you are mostly doing jumps and doing the rest a little bit go extreme

yeah my extremes look like shit because of the top sheet problem but the bases are perfect. i think im just gonna stick with the extremes

over over raided? im pretty sure line is pretty overrated. im not saying they are a bad company. but jesus christ. everyone has lines. also K2 is the Owners of Line. therefore lines are made in the same factory K2 skis are made in

haha i agree, everyone tells me to get Line skis, there skis are awesome buts its just annoying how everyone just automatically tells me to get LINE"s

Just picked up some 08 anthems myself they seem to be pretty soft
