K2 domain help

hey,

so I am getting a new pair of skis this winter(my old line stepups seem better days after they fell out of my moving car) and i am considering the k2 domains. i have heard some bad things about k2. so if anyone has used a pair of domains i would appreciate the help. i need your review of it's durability, pop, and lightness. finally does anyone have a review about the new stepups by line.

thanks

K2 has a great reputation for durability, the skis are build like tanks, and that is probably their strongest asset.

However with the durability comes some weight. Its not like they are unmanagable, but they are not "light." (Weight really doesn't matter though, don't sweat it.) From what I have heard, domains are not super poppy, but pop comes from your legs mostly anyway.

I have recoils and really enjoy them.

I would stay far away from anything with "skate tech" from Line, its just a dumb gimic that doesn't make any practical sense at all other than the fact that it is marketable, I can't believe line still puts out that garbage every year.

i have the domains, so much fun, its symmetrical ski so its perfect for riding switch, mine have held up pretty well, people say theyre super soft, but mine are perfect, not too stiff and not like noodles
