K2 Domain - 179 or 174

Hey there,

i have the opportunity to buy a pair of new K2 domains for a fairly cheap price inc Griffon Marker bindings, but i don't know if i should buy the 174 or the 179.

i now have a K2 shreditor 184 cm, and i am happy with hem but when i do 360/520 on small kickers they are a bit heavy.. i bought them for 70 % park and 30 % slope, and i really love them for what i bought them for.

but now i can buy a pair of K2 domains, and i would like to have them for park only so i would like to have them as playful as possible, butters, rails, and just funning around. but i also jump 4,8 and 10 meter kickers.

so the question is should i get the 179 or the 174 ski.

I am 23 years old 183CM long , 185 pounds.

i will be using them like 2/3 times a week for 40 weeks a year, because i work at a indoor ski dome.

i hope u understand what i am looking for and thanks in advance !

Greetings.

It seems like the domains are bigger than what they say, I have 164 cms and they are just like half an inch shorter than my jskis in a 171cm

I am 17 years old, 175cm and I have the K2 domain 174cm... they work pretty well and spining isn't that hard, that i would recommend a lower lenght :)

Then find a different ski in your size. It will be detrimental to your skiing to size down

Yeah oka, but but i am not realy looking for a new one, but this one is just a great deal, so i think i will be going 179 then

At the end of the day, there's not a big difference between either choice so you'll be stoked no matter what. It sounds like your main concern is getting a ski that's playful and just based on that I would suggest the 174cm length.

I will be going to the shop today, maybe i can try the 2 size's and then determine what size is best for me.
