SICK! was that pollard or Mahre that did the switch 180 to 180 off the little 2 stage? That was ridiculous I don't care if the landing was sketchy that should have done better

sammys was off a cornice with a nice smooth inrun and tonys was off a crazy cliff with a ton of exposure when a inrun that you had to make a few tough turns to get into, and he stomped the shit out of the 3 also.
 
I think cork 7 off a nice lip like that would be way easier than 3 off that cliff. Plus Tony stomed it like he never left the ground and it had more style.

That was Bushfield that landed on his neck I'm pretty sure.

That sw 180 to 180 was THE SHIT. Too bad he didn't stomp it, but pretty amazing that he pulled out on his feet.

All in all looked like Hjorliefson won it fair and square... charged his line like a man and stomped the shit out of it.
 
i really hate the "one shot"/"one attempt" rule...it sort of made people hold back a little in my opinion...or at least i would a little. its over so quick, you don't really even get a feel for the snow. i think maybe a "you can't ski the same line rule" would've been cool, and given them like 2-3 attempts.

super sick nonetheless. pleeeease tell me they're doing this again this year?

It's a comp. You're competing to do the best on each individual hole and do the best overall, for bragging right and 4,000 dollars a hole...sure it's dubbed an "event" but you're competing on a professional level for large dollar amounts per hole and per total.
 
is it just me or was mike atkinson calling out bushfield there? double backflip progression? are you kidding me? whats the beef?
 
Hjorliefson's lincoln was soooo smooth. what did douglas throw? since he won the overall "event"
 
yeah, i wasnt sure if those were just drunk unaware people, but i am assuming they are.

i think i personally would have been laughing, but thats just me.
