it is a mix there were only a few actualy booters I think, one or two lines and a bunch of natural hits. If you go to powdermag.com they have a teaser and it has a shot of each hole in it.

I talked to Shane last summer about this event, and was threatened death if I talked about it too early.
The whole concept was to get different riders with differeing backgrounds and create an event where all types of abilities could shine. Some of the holes were lines, some were jumps, and each rider had to use their specific skillset in whatever matter they can.
Someone like Sammy can ski. There's no way you get that far in this industry sucking at skiing in general. Plus, you can't go by his segments as that's only a few minutes out of an entire life of skiing to base your opinion off of.
I'm really pumped on this comp because it pitted athletes from across the board against each other, and the results could be a complete surprise...

That is the one thing that is wrong with the new school. Kids go into the park and never come out. It's like the black hole of skiing at times.

like someone said above, each event is catered to diffrent pro's abilities. for instance, Boronowski probably isnt the worlds best known jibber. at all. so thats why they threw in the best line. which i might add he threw in a sick right side 3, while someone else led it off with a lincoln. but people like sammy probably didnt excell in this event. i have no doubt he held his own very well, but hes the type that would excell in booters and kickers.
its a fucking sick concept to me, it shows who can truely ski. shoulda been done along time ago. but it shows who has it all. who can really truely ski. big mountain, lines(which are under-rated, its hard to follow your lone on a steep course) jib and other shit. props to K2. by the way, im rootin for pollard and Boro. those kiddos can ski.
