fantastic movie, skiing was impressive, mad innovative urbans, David Crichton...holy smokes.

I cant believe it took me this long to get around to watching it.

Definately in my top 3 favourites.
 
Forward as in the Level 1 movie? I haven't watched it yet, but I've got it lying 'round somewhere. I liked Shanghai Six and Long Story Short though. I'll watch it later... right now I'm too busy watching my favourite segments in Yeah Dude, Believe, and Idea.
 
I love this movie! DC's part is so sick. It's cool how it starts off all urban with that punk song and shows his jacking his knee (which sucks) but then it transitions into that sick song and DC just slaying shit. I believe he does all 4 10s in the end of the seg, all smooth and all sick.

I havent watched that movie in a long time. I should have brought it wor work to watch it again, but i guess i will just have to write my personal essay for college.

Yea you are right. I just watched it and he definitely does not do all 4 10s, but that seg is still so sick.
 
if you want a laguh watch Balance. L1P's first movie. it just screams late 90's early 00's
 
Aww yea, Forward is BY FAR my favorite Level 1 flick. Nothing has really compared since Forward from them. I haven't seen this years movie yet though. Chricton's seggy is so fucking dope. Unbelievable.
 
one of my favorite segments. what happened to those guys like emil coty and derik finn? level 1 should make a throwback film, with emil, hibbert, finn, even crichton if health would allow it. that would be sweet.
 
crichton straight murdered shit back in the day, sw 10s, good looking 1 foot grinds, thats right i said it, its still cooler to watch than a lot of shit in movies nowadays just of cause how far ahead of its time it was.
 
It i most deffinatly one of the best I've seen. it makes me cry when I watch it and then pretty much any other ski movie back to back... DC's flat 5 in the pipe over that gap always blows me away. that trick alone shows how our sport has progressed. At one of the WSI best hit comps in the pipe he won with that trick. Nothing before it, nothing after it. A few years later it became part of his standard pipe run. I love watching that guys segment. That movie simply makes me want to get up off my ass and ski. simple as that. I don't think a ski movie can have any higher praise! at least not from me.
 
For sure, Chricton is always one of those skiers that I look up to. Like Mickael or Candide. Not many compare to him. His style, flawless. Smoothest mothafucka ever. So tech on urban, I had my mind blown by that seggy in Forward. I remember the first time I saw it I had to go back and watch the segment numerous times, even though I hadn't even seen the rest of the movie. So damn good. I miss seeing Chricton kill it.
 
Forward is a straightup awesome movie.

One of my favorites by far. It has a good mix of music styles and the skiing is awesome. Good personality as well as feel.
 
Great movie for sure. DC kills it, Liam too. Glad to see everyone given props where props are deserved.
