Just wanna compare SAT scores

aight so i just got my scores back, but im not sure how good they are, some people tell me their great, but then i have friends that owned the shit outa me, can u guys help me get a perspective on how these scores are?

Math- 680

Reading-680

writing-660

total- 2020

it's out of 2400, so i'd say you did very well. the highest i've seen is my friends score of 2310. I think your is above average. When i took them awhile back i got an 1860 i think.
 
Yes there are a few other threads, but you did very well and certainly should be proud. I scored higher than you, but it actually didnt seem to help me much aha, anyways if you dont think you did as well as you should have for some reason (dunno how smart you are) definitely dont get hung up over it~

1500 is about average I believe. I got 1350 overall. Not too good, I'm probally gonna have to take them again.
 
it's funny when all the juniors get their scores back it's like a popularity contest to see who they did better than.
 
if you're a "smart kid" those are decent scores. to the average person, they'll probably think youre god. if you want to get into an ivy/mit/stanford type school, take them again.
 
The truth about the ivy's is that they narrow their app s down to 6,000 with close to perfect scores. From there its up to essays, etc... oh and 740 math/ 680 reading
