Just tried to stream refresh (paid for it)

yea didn't work so well, I think my connection might have gone out for a split second and I interrupted the stream but I dunno. Anyway I used up all 3 of streams already and I can't watch it even though i paid for it. Maybe there's something else I can do to get it to work?

if it didnt work the first time then why would you try again and again? Just call or email level 1 they'll be more than happy to help you out. no need to make a thread about this
