Well go 2 bay cycle, maybe get a trek or giant they are good, and for races go to freds farm, it pretty kool

I have a GT XCR1000 with a rock shox psylo front fork (3-5 inches) and a fox float rc rear. It has all xt/xtr components excluding the hubs that are lx, but still sealed. It has mavic x225 rims, a kore stem, and a cane creek sealed headset. I would sell it for $900. I know it is like a 1999 model but it was not ridden until the 2004 season.

 
yeah, there are so many advancements in technology in the last feew years with Stable platform shocks. they make a HUGE differnce. and that guy above me, that price better be a joke. A, thats a 6 year old bike. B. Pyslos are the shittest fork ever. they are all plastic inside, and have crap dampening. anyway, cheak out MTBR. like i said, it not only has forums like all the other sites mentioned, but it also has HUGE databases of reveiws on everything from full bikes, components, trails from all over the country, clothing and riding gear, ect. thats where you you should start your search. but if you would like some help in decinding on a bike, IM me, im more than happy to help people.
