SO SICK! i just borrowed it from a friend, and wow, that movie's a few years old but dam is it good. descheneaux's seg is off the hook. it's super progressive, unnatty shit, butters, true tails, dam. great movie.

why? because it's one of the best movies to date, if not the best

it is by far the best movie i have ever seen in my entire life, pollard does the sickest rail line i have ever seen with so much style and the movies quite old yet belan is still doing huge unnatural spins and mick is doing huge carve cork 5's, its way ahead of its time for sure and deffinatly the best skiing movie ever made, it still shows up alot of movies out right now......

the soundtrack is the only part that could use some work. everything else is great, tho. iberg is the best filmer out there for sure.

another thing that annoyed me was the super short urban rails. the longest one was like 10 feet. but the bad thing about that is that they filmed right next to a perfect bigger rail that they had no reason not to hit, which def takes away all drama from the rail they did hit

I was saying that shit way back in the day, and i still back it as being my favourite movie to date. One of Iberg's early masterpieces.

Royalty is def my favorite ski movie ever. But I have only one complaint about the originality of the soundtrack. Ever watched the movie BELLY with Nas, DMX, and Method Man? Three of the songs from Royalty are in it, and knowing Iberg's love for thug culture I imagine that he didn't come up with those tacks entirely on his own. Iberg is the shit though, and since BELLY has the dopest soundtrack ever, he clearly picked a good source of inspiration.

Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Haagen-Das ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, red popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make smores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Captain Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water, and Funyons

Very sick movie, still one of my favorites all time to date, except maybe Dybvig's segment but he gets an A for effort cause his knees are so fucked

dyvbig was in royalty- i thought he was just a FIS bitch...i remember in freeskier he kept bitching about how stupid table tops were

cut him some slack man, he's super oldschool. If I remember correctly he learned rails specifically for his segment, pretty ballsy for an old man with two shoddy knees.
