Just moved here today with my bud. What are some good places to eat around town?? and who else all lives here?
 
mi casa is dooope for tacos/happy hour. theres also DOTS..i was so stoked when i saw them, i havent had them in so long.

Mi Casa has a bombin mango duck quesadilla

hey man i lived in breck this past winter an ill PROB be back there this winter if i dont goto squaw

heres the rundown, first of sounds ur not looking to goto places like cafe alpine cuz ur a kid and cafe alpine is like 40 bucks a plate.

Eriks- BEST place for overall american food

Lucha- GREAT CHEAP MEXICAN PLACE

Fiesta Jalisco is GOOD but pricey compared to Lucha

Giampetros is great cheap italian

Rasta Pasta in my opinion sucks- its pasta how can u fuck that up

The Soup place next to City Market is AWESOME! good deals for sure

City Market also has these GIGIGANTIC SUBS for like 6 bucks great for the ski bums

DUGGANS DELI- is the best local sub secret- its BEHIND Mother Loaded Tavern

thats all im giving ya cuz i think i already said to much. still wana keep the town authentic cuz its a sick fuckin town
 
welcome to paradise...until trouism season gets hot again. Eriks is good, the crepe stand is good when not busy. Everything is expensive in Summit. If your ever in Keystone, Dos Locos is good Mexican, and the Goat has bad ass BBQ.
 
^ hey reed you live in breck or keystone? I think i might have chilled with you waaay back in the beginning of last season at ahmet's place in dillion. are you mike's boy from home?
 
^ ya man that was prolly me. I hang out there a lot. Ive been skiing with kids like Hornbeck and Kday and Barnes since middle school. Not sure I totally remember you...sorry? I didnt ski much this year b/c of a blown out knee Dec 3rd.
 
this town is awesome. people seem pretty chill. i need to find a good place to work and ill be good!
 
yah rasta pasta is soooooo shitty, but i guess youll figure that out soon enough cause nobody can resist eating there just once...there's this one place that i think is called "rita's taco bar" or something like that...it's downtown underneath a steakhouse/bennigan's type joint. bottom line: good-ass margarita's and good-ass tacos, real simple and pretty dang cheap for summit county

Yeah Daylight is too busy, every time I go there are huge lines and nowhere to sit.....

I'll put my 2 cents in though, I love Empire Burger....that might be my fav
 
Went to breck the other day and man is it crawling with tourists. Not that Vail isn't but it seems like there are more families with fanny paks than I've seen anywhere else.
 
^ baa ritas is ok. lucha i think has better tacos. mi casa is OK for happy hour, but usually busy as shit whereas lucha is always calm.
 
there are so many tourists in this town i dont know who lives here and doesnt. i really havent met anyone yet. once i score a job and school starts hopefully i will meet more peeps.
 
^kinda mixed opinions about that place. I would almost vote for an NS/breck sesh. It's too small of a town to not know the local cool cats around.,
 
seriously fuck liquid- under girls like crazy that are retarded, but then again they usually boasts a lot of hot girls, so its def a love/hate klind of place.
 
Well I'll back the love side for Liquid Lounge, all in all I think its Breck's best bar for a number of reasons.

1) It's the place to be, rarely is any other bar more packed and happening than Liquid Lounge.

2) Strong drinks, last time the bartender made me a Long Island that was wicked potent

3) There are girls, underage or not, this is something not every bar can boast

4) Pool table area is cool, its not too loud and you can actually chill

5) Easy to smoke outside, last time a lot of heads were blazing and someone was nice enough to pass some my way

On the other side

The scene is a little intimidating...god damn you silly Breck kids are way to concerned about tall tees and New Eras. Chill out a bit and get off one of the worst fashion trends ever

In addition, if you go to the bars in the mountains don't get shitty and start fights in the streets of Breck, last time I was there the dumbest fight started for no reason what so ever the second that place emptied.

 
i would be down. i wanna meet some skier kids. we have a poker table and a pretty big place up on baldy. is any one going to cmc?

Friday-dos locos probably 7 and 10 but maybe just one at 9
