Just made a Season Edit and feedback would be dope

Hey M&A.

So I just made my friend Jaeden's Season edit for him and I was wondering what you all thought of the filming/editing and even the skiing. The song choice was jaeden's and he told me what kind of vibe he wanted to I tried to portray that as much as possible. All the shots where filmed by myself except the really far shots of his double and the obvious 3 gopro shots. Thanks errrbody.

wow..that was really good..lots of different angles and you found some creative things to film..the skiing was real smooth and dope tricks..overall i'd say a solid edit..
 
liked it, but there was waaaay to much slomo for me. i feel like it would have been better off being half the length with most of those clips in real time.
 
little too much slow motion, but didnt bother me too much.

try to focus on keeping colors consistant. They varied in some of the shots and it was enough to bother me. I noticed you graded a shot or two and that was sweet, but on the shots that you didnt, try to keep them matched and the same.
 
I actually agree with you completely on this. I feel that there was a lot of slow motion too but I also feel that it worked with the vibe that I was trying to give and the feel to the edit as well as the music that it went with. And yeah i graded 2 shots to just make them different and i did do decent amount of color correction on everything else but i didnt want it too feel robotic (which may sound weird). Each one of my lenses puts out much different colors and it was hard to match everything together perfectly so sort of liked keeping the natural color that the lens made (because it was really good in most situations)
