Ok just to start off i am not trying to brag or anything, i just want to state something i learned that was a lot easier than i expected.

On the ground you run jump sideways land then jump and flip a lincon loop, it was realllyy easy to do, i cant even jump that high. The hardest part was trying it for the first time, just commit and you'll be really happy, i havent fallen yet, one of my friends tried and fell on his side, but he definitely wasnt hurt, cuz he got up and did it again fine

also learned how to flip off a wall/ tree, but i would recomend learning that with a pad underneath, cuz i underotated my second one and landed on my knees

yeh first time i go up to my cottage this year thast all i am doing is doing flips and corks and shit

its called freestyle walking or parkour

im in one of the cults for it but i forgot wat its called i think its like

spinning of random things while wearing your shoes

yeah when you first learn, its good to have some good grip, and good luck to that last post, tell me when you get it, just go for it, I'll admit i didnt even try til my friend did, but trust me, i am no super athlete, just go for it

you have 666 posts.

And I almost got it. I've done lincolns off the ground before, and doubles on tramp. But the ground's too wet now.

ahh, i see, how are doubles on tramps, my friend has an olympic one, bbut i never have tried a double

i hurt my ass doing a frontflip off a 5 inch high cement uprising thing onto grass. I barely made it around. I tried it again, and the shock from my going too fast down and too fast spinning bruised my tailbone. so my ass hurts now.

yeah thats cool too, does everyone see how they roll out of those realy big drops? i wana learn those, anyone know how already? i sprained my ancle real bad a wile ago and ive been afraid to try, give it another week though.

ok, so i can do flips on a trampoline but iv never tried a flip off the ground, should i try to do this or should i practice with something else first?

push forward before you hit the ground and then roll.

I learned it in karate, and I've been doing frontflips off the roof of my house ever since. Do it onto pads first.

Just like jump forward like a diving tackle and roll out of it.

so what should i try as my first flip off the ground, i cant really backflip either so thats out of the question

tough question.

I'd say frontflip if you can't backflip.

Do it off a raised part first. Be sure to flip fast enough. I just bruised or broke my tailbone yesterday for trying to do a frontflip off a cement thing into grass because I didn't jump high enough on my second time.

I can't lincoln off flat ground. HOW!!! It's soo hard for me now. I can do it on a tramp, but I don't know how to do it without any airtime.
