it was a lot easier than i thought it would be. i sat on my fold out couch for 2 days playing video-games and watching movies, popping pill from time to time. the only pain i ever felt was weni would wake up and i would just take some vicodin and be good to go.

i only had 3 come in... i had been put to sleep once before so i was looking forward to getting mine out. going to sleep and waking up was good, but man after the novacaine wore off, those fuckers hurt like hell.

i got mine pulled a week and a half ago... didn't go so easy, oh well i'm starting to get better now, just hope to god you dont get a dry socket, those things kill

^dude no worries. I had mine done a while back, and it was super chill. They put me under using an IV, pulled my teeth, and I woke up hours later with gauze in my mouth and no pain. I was eating spaghetti 48 hours later. The most painful part? They used plastic devices to keep my mouth open during the surgery, and they led to a wicked case of chapped lips. Very painful.

ya the chapped lips sucked. and my jaw was kinda sore from my mouth being open for like half an hour straight. the first 2 days were rough, but after that it wasnt really bad, you just have to be careful of what you eat. i only needed the painkillers the first two days, and they only gave me glorified tylenol

 
they just used novacane for me i took one advil immediately after the sugery and never felt any pain. i slept 10 hours the night after and i was fine, eating crunchy foods wasnt easy though with stiches and all

damn, well i got mine reschuduled from friday of this week to dec 10th. they said that theyll give me laughin gass then put me under with a shot. plus they give me an iv and shit. and thats the stuff that freaks me out. im scared though. theres just something about nerves in your teeth and idk....

Haven't gotten my pulled yet and the dentist said it was a maybe because they've been in for a while fully and no troubles... but if I do have to have them removed it can't be worse than first getting braces.
