JUST GOT NEW FREESKIER!!!

yea it was my first freeskier and it wasnt all that great it did have my hometown scranton pennsylvania in it and it gave me proof the tj schiller is on coreupt on page 12 in the beginning even though their not number but u can see hiim with a monster hat on with a ski the says tj on it
 
I got a two year subscription last year and i got all my issues last year but none this year. I didn't care enough to email them or anything but i kinda wish i got mine.
 
Last issue was sick but ths issue wasnt on that level.

BTW why does a big name place like Park City always have poorly designed ads in there, for some reason it bugs the shit out of me. The one last year with tanners eyes, wtf? looked more like a vhs cover for some 80's shitty suspence movie than an ad for a ski resort. /rant
 
how many of you read the part where they asked if you even read there magazine.
I thought it was pretty funny.
 
im confused. i already got two. the buyers guide and the travelers guide (with dumont on the cover) did you guys already get your third magazine? would that be the november issue?
 
are you seeing these Crested Butte ads? Colorado's true color and shit. the guy is on ar5's and it definitely looks like hes busting his ass

then dont fucking read it.... freeskier is one of the best things to happen to our sport.... ur just mad cuz it doesnt have puzzles and game like your other magizines....

AR6s, and yeah...dont know why they used that photo at all. I mean, maybe to show that CB is a playful place and all...but no, completely lacks common sense.
 
Is anyone else like me and gets like two subscription of freeskier for free? Every year Freeskier sends me like three letters saying something like "You're one of the lucky ones, just fill out this survey and get your free subscription." So I fill out a couple and get free magazines. Anyone know why I get this? I'm happy that I do, but I'm curious too.
 
does anyone know who the girl is in this years freeskier buyers guide..there is a pic of some chick about to hit a ski with a sledge hammer and is cutting it with a saw...I dont know who she is, or if she won some contest and got to be in freeskier or if she really skis....she has got some pretty big knonkers though
 
Haters. It's all coming back to me now, wasn't it that girl in the vid, saying she wouldn't film no-polers? I'm wrong but +++++K if sombody posts that vid.
 
cover shot is sick, can't believe it's only a 40 footer, the angle must really help make it seem higher
anyway she's hot and a good skier
 
if youhavent gotten the new issue, dont worry, it sucks... its the "womens annual" even my girl thought it sucked.
 
^ thats what i got, i was disapointed.

and the freeskier 08-09 gear guide SUCKED. hardly any helpful descriptions of skis. 'we tested 450 skis so you dont have to' ok sweet, tell me about them, dont tell me the fucking dimensions.

the gear guide is wack i dont care what you say. powder and SKI magazines were far more detailed of their skis, and thats what readers want. i can find the pictures of the skis online if i so want.

btw, the line bacons did not change at all from last year to this year, and last year they gave them a 6. something stoke and this year a 10. not very credible if you ask me.

I actually like Powder and Skiing magazine better than freeskier, but my roommate gets freeskier and I imagine I will still read it~
 
I liked the article on Chris Davenport and the girls in the escape section shot in breck. The girls in that section probably don't even ski, I'd love to be proven wrong on that though.
