.....and then was pulled over an hour and a half after.

got out of it though, i was only going 75 in a 65, told the cop i was passing a tractor trailer and did not want to stay in his blind spot.

i've had mine for years, and i do nothing but speed...still haven't been pulled over
 
i have my g1 which is like learners permit (i know its different from the us to canada) and i have a feeling ill get pulled over because i look a lot younger than i my actual age so cops are gonna think im like a 14 year driving when im actually 17

the cop pulled you over because they have to reach monthly quotas(sp?) and its approaching the end of the month so they have to start giving out tickets
 
i got pulled over the first time i drove by myself after getting my lisence. i apparently flashed my brights at an oncoming officer; he didnt really give a shit though.
 
I think all speeding is illegal. He couldn't be speeding legaly. But really who give's a fuck. I never drive the speed limit.

i got pulled over once, for no reason at all

he just saw two younger looking guys ina car coated in NS stickers and i guess just wanted to check us out and make sure we were legit

idk if he was even allowed to for no real reason, but i didnt mind, i didnt have anything to hide

i wasnt about to get out of the car or let him search it or anything though, thatd be pushing it
 
No, for pulling him over when he was going only 10 mph faster on the highway, He could have been moving with the pace of traffic, but i dont know.
 
haha glad im not driving in NY for a long time. congrats though man, cops on the northway are assholes gotta learn the spots they like to chill at.
 
i was driving yesterday, to get food in the town over with friend after football practice

another kid on my team drove by and cut me off

so we started racing on the Sawmill. now if you've ever been on the sawmill, its a two lane highway, its up and down and twisty and everything, its dangerous....

so im going 95 in a 55, and he is getting off at the exit and all the sudden my friend yells "COP!!!"

i see him out of the corner of my eye hanging out by the exit, break super hard going form 95 to 60.

i have never been so scared. my friend starts yelling like an idiot yelling OMG and i'm thinking shit, the cop caught me, fuck, im done.

but luckly, i he didnt get me. then my friend told me how 40+ over the limit is a felony, plus with 3 other people in the car, theres neglect and shit. I could have been arrested.

i've had my junior license (drive alone but 9pm curfew) for a month....

and 10 over the limit isn't so bad. thats usually the max that i'll do. if the limits 30 i won't hit 40. i guess i'm a slow driver but the ticket is not worth it.

thats only when i'm not on the highway though. if i know i'm in the clear for while i'll speed a bit.
 
probably the dumbest thing ever. As if going 95 in a 55 wasn't bad enough, you had your junior license, which if you don't follow the rules you get it revoked until you turn 18.
 
wow, yea, I just re-read your post and you would have lost your license until you turned 18 no doubt, and that's if the judge felt nice that day. Not to mention all the other shit.
 
Yeah I remember when I was young and stupid. I did that once, racing on the highway. Had to look good for the girl in the passenger seat. One of the craziest adrenaline rushes I've ever had. I'll never do it again. Luckily you're only 16 once and you get wiser after that.

Just be safe man, don't be making this mistake over and over again. There's too many kids that die every year from doing stupid shit like this.
 
Just the other day i passed a cop on the highway that had his lights on and i guess was going to some traffic accident. I flew passed him at about 145-150 then a few seconds later passed another one. I don't know if they didn't want to pull me over because it was a real emergency or if they couldn't catch me. I wasn't stopping and i'm just praying i won't get a ticket in the mail.
 
you can't be arrested if you're not 18...not for that. when i got mine for 50 over the cop said i'd love to fucking throw you in the back of this car and arrest you, you're lucky i can't kid. he was so pissed off. and even more pissed when the judge (my dad's friend) let me off with 4 points and i kept my license when i only had it for like 3 months prior. plus he joked with me in the court room. never saw somebody so mad after we walked out of that court room. i loved it.
 
Haha, oh my god. Go ahead and speed on the highway, but never on surface roads. That's usually what I say, but 150 is fucking ridiculous in ANY situation. Are people really that stupid? Jesus.
 
my friends got his license like a month or so ago and we were driving on the highway and these two hot chicks pull up next to us waving, so my friend speeds up so they wont pass us, then the girls spead up then we did and this kept going till we were going like 90 on a highway, we pass this turn off and a cop comes out of no where in front of us and my friend has to slam on the brakes and skid to avoid hitting the cop, the cops lets us go by then pulls us over, me and my friend were shitting bricks, the cop came up and just said that he was super sorry for cutting us off, it was scary
 
ive had way to many close calls. never been pulled over tho. watch it cuz messing with traffic tickets, insurance and court is a total bitch.
 
Same kindof thing happened to me. I was driving to lake george, going 115 in a 65. My friend yells "COP!" and i see him chillin on the left side of the highway. I swerved across 2 lanes and pull up to the right of an eighteen wheeler and i hit the brakes. I have no idea how he didnt get me, he must have seen my nose dive. And even after i passed the truck i had only gone down to 90
 
hey lucky you, i took mine yesturday and the lady failed me because i got cut off at a intersection where i had a green left arrow

can't go back for ten days

Haha it was kind of stupid now that i think about it. I guess i just had the need for speed at that time. I was in a rush to get to wendy's.
