So i just picked em up yesterday from jibij and i cant even tell you guys how stoked i am on em right now, fuckin gorgeous, the flex feels just right and sitting next to my AK enemies they make em look skiiny as fuck. Unfortunately i forgot the thing i use to load pics to my computer back in vt but i'll be able to post some pics shortly for those interested
 
Those will most likely be the next ski I get. I'm trying to gather lots of info on skis so I can save people the trouble of replying to a thread I don't want to have to make. Any info about them would be great.
 
Will most likely be the next ski for me too, does anyone know how long the jibij free shipping in north america thing lasts? Because I dont know when exactly ill actually get the money together, after I pay for avy gear and courses.
 
Jibij is already sold out, josh said their might be one pair left but it sounded as if someone was planning on picking them up. I don't think moment was going to make many so if you want them get on it fast. Sorry i cant put up pics yet but they have a medium stiff flex, a good deal stiffer then my ak enemies but they still have reasonable give to them. The rocker in the tips is pretty substantial but not soo much in the tail. Obviously its gonna take quite a while until i can say how the ride but their are several kids on this site who rode them end of last year that can provide info on them and i'll give pics as soon as i can. One last detail is i tend to get wood when i walk into my room and see them, but thats just me.

I've been planning on pickign up a pair for months now, and if I can't because i need another two weeks for a paycheck, I'm NOT going to be stoked.
 
just break VTskier's legs...duh. oh yea and you guys will NOT regret those skis...reverse/reverse is the funnest shape ever...i skied hood all summer to avoid thinking about them...but ah man...

Praxis is SICK!!

What are the Dim's of those right there? Also, how much rocker is in those?

I kinda want a pair of Praxis', but i am not sure that is too practical to have in Ohio with just a few trips elsewhere a year
 
they're like 125-135-12(?)2. not alot of rocker, initally i was so pissed, i thought they were going to blow, but they fucking killed everything.

they blow on the east coast (and i'm sure in the midwest)....out west you can edge once it gets "hard" (chalky) but the EC ice gets scraped out on the non-tree trails pretty quickly on pow days and it suuuuuuuuucks . you'd be better off with a ski that has some regular sidecut.
 
Ya, i figured anything but a traditional sidecut would blow on the EC. I just kinda wanted some Praxis' cause they are sick as fuck

Sorry if the pics are tilted, they're mounted 2 cm back from center, the recommended is 3.5 but i bumped it up just a bit
 
Glad to hear they have a medium-stiff flex. And godDAMN they look good, especially mounted with those jesters.
