just got my deadbolt 412'a there surprisingly light nice construction look awesome. my bros px12 jibs are mad heavy even my freinds ti version were mad heavy the deadbolt looks solid and last years are identical to this years except for the colors

word cus mine felt alot lighter then my bros and my friends ti's. deadbolts are mucho better then the look fro waht ive heard

weight only matters if its something like the line binding, but the look/rossi binding has to be the most solid binding on the market for what we do

riding my own dick lmao ive stopped riding it a while ago after your mom got home. werd werd look def is sold ive just heerd sketchy things about the px version thats all im saying def still sold cus my bro and my friend love theres

you cant spell/ type

but anyways heard good things about them but I dont know if Id rank them ahead of rossi/ look

brake plate braking, none pivot not as good as last years, a cheap heel piece is basically waht i heard, but its still not common to see many things brakin it just seemed less durable the deadbolts

yeah i know a couple people that have said this, idk what the hell your doing, weither it be a defect or what, but landed in some sketch positions and my bindings are still holding up

the px system is actually really good. the turnable heal in the older models was good but like a said in the other post for your heal to properly eject or twist on sideway the toe would have to pivot as well. line tried, but its going to be awhile before technology like that is available.

the deadbolt series is great. its just an old nordica binding from back in the day. there haven't been any real changes to that binding other than cosmetics since. still a good binding, but sales and stats dont lie the most trusted and strongest bindings available today are still look/rossi and salomon.

Yeah you can say deadbolts are better than rossi/look. But I paid $130 shipped for my px12s compared to your deadbolts. Im not sayin deadbolts are worse or better but I could break my looks and get another pair for what you paid for your deadbolts. Just throwin that out there. But I do really like the deadbolts

Not neccesarily... I got my 614s brand new off ebay for under 200. That is just as cheap pretty much, as the other bindings in stores. They seem solid as hell so far, and they release when you need them to very very smoothly.

I was just going by what people were saying they paid up there. Someone said $249 was a good steal so I based it on that.

well if you guys are going to compare at least compare equal price bindings. It is arguable that Dead bolts are better than px/axials. But then px/ axials are $169 where dead bolts are $249. If im paying that much more it better not be "arguable." For $229 you can buy fks 120s and very few people would argue that deadbolts are better than fks. Don't get me wrong deadbolts are a sick, solid binding and deffinately one of the best, but i really hope they're better than a binding that costs $80 less.

o werd yeah i def see what ur saying, the price is diff the deadbolts are more expenisve id just rather have to buy a binding once, i saw them for 189 on ebay but somone bought them now even when there was only 25 min left and the price was still 160 on the bidding so i just bought them at a store cus im hitting whistler bc after christmas

no looks are the best no matter what youve heard. 4frnts look dope too but look= the best and the pxs are fine just look worse

yeah il tell you what i did to them...after havin em for about 5 months i was ridin spring park condittions (sunny, bit of slush)and i landed switch off a spine and i landed a little far on the landing and poof, the break deployed(without the binding releasing) and dug in. this created my breaks to bend in every direction and somehow ripped apart the heelpiece and the part your foot goes on...i wasnt very pleased....and i went to the shop and they wouldnt warranty them cause they only had a 80 day warrenty...fuck rossignol

yea i have my deadbolts in vermont right now..is the vertical release worse or better than lateral? kinda skeptical about it

a back-twisting release is the most important release a toe-piece has, because that is generally the one that will claim the most. That is not to say other directions are not important, because they are, but the virtue of the Look/Rossi toe is the multi-directional toe. The binding as a whole is solid. Deadbolts are good too, but you could have gotten rossi fks 120s (racestocks) for $100 cheaper, sooo.... yea...

i can tell you this much, my 614 have way better retention than my old 914s, and they still release when they need to. i always felt like my heels realeased on the sollys, but no more on the deadbolts

80 days? I know my rossis are one year i got them warenteed at about 200 days. And then rossi skis and bindings make it two years for both. Two years is a pretty generous warentee window for twins.
