Just a little question

I know that there are other threads like this but there not qite the same...im getting the 06-07 tms but im not sure what size...either the 175 or 182....i have been leaning more towards the 182 but, is it really that much harder to move around?...the guy at the shop said that it would be a lot more harder to whip around....i dont see how it can be that much diff. being only 7cm longer...what u think?

7cm will be a slightly noticeable difference in manouverability, yes

despite that, go with the 182. esp if your still growing

i got my skis last year and it was between 169/179. i got 179 and first week i hated it. A week later i got used to it, and now (next season) if i got the 169 i would have needed new skis this year.

go for the 182s. im 5'9" and im riding 176.

im 5'7 and my first day on the 182 trouble's was sick. There a solid switch riding ski and doesnt take much to whip it around.

definitely the 182, perhaps mount 1-2cm forward of recommended

Screw mounting them 1 or 2 cm...go like 4cm forward. Then you can ride switch better...and mount them backwards too so when you're riding switch, they're forward...it's the cool new thing to do.
