because he would rather work on his video parts. Did you notice JF wasnt in high society either? he doesnt need to compete to get his name out there.

He said in an interview that too many hard packed landings have trashed his back. He is mainly into big mountain now, his sig ski is the pocket rocket now, unlike a park ski before.

I hope we get to see some cool backcountry stuff from him. What was in Propaganda wasn't enough. One of Warren Miller's films showed him skiing down a gnarly looking run.

 
i think hes not skiin comps because he is to busy dating krist leskinen, that lucky fuck

comps arent the only thing you can do when you ski...some people (like tanner) only do comps and get made fun of for it...other people dont do any comps and get made fun of for it...i say do what you like...if competition turns you on, do it, if you'd rather ski for yourself and video...do that
