a mogul ski?? huh? they are an intermeddiate twin tip. i think thats the best way to describe them. the only mogul ski salomon makes is all white and is called the 1080 mogul

 
Good call gordo. From what I've heard, the 720 is just a cheaper, simpler version of the Teneighty, aimed at younger riders without the cash for the real thing. Maybe Salomon wants to push sales on the 720s, so they have him riding them, or maybe he just likes them! :)

The 720 is not as stiff as the 1080.....I am pretty sure that is right anyways...

It would be kinda fun to fuck around on the 720 once in a while, that thing is crazy light, super flexy tho. It looks like he only uses it for small jibs like rails and shit, where it wouldnt even matter which ski he had on. I dont think I recall him usin it off big hits, it wouldnt be the smartest. Thanks for givin me a another reason to watch Propaganda tho. Man I love the music in that movie. First time I played it I was shocked, crazy emotional music for the intro, badass hip hop for vinnie, really moving music for the Line guys and some kick ass song for Mike D, not to mention Kotton Mouth Kings and the other songs. Come to mention it theres only 1 song that doesnt inspire me. Man those songs seriously get me amped. Im actually in the process of downloading the real propaganda soundtrack. Cant wait to ski this year with that shit in my head. Last summer at HN the Game soundtrack gave me the balls to go for the double kink, funny cuz Ive only slid like 2 rails before HN. Anyway if anyone has read this far you will now be great at writing run-on posts.

 
I'm guessin they're just tryin promote sales...yeah in freeskier hes slidin that rail...I dunno thats kinda weird cause like he just came out w/ hte pocket rockets...or maybe he likes em I dunno

 
he'd probably like the 720s better for more pop and flex in the pipe and for rails.

well if you think about it, he uses them in the pipe alot too, in the pipe you want a softer ski, and since it is softer than the 1080 that is why he is using it, JP should have got the other pro model of 1080 since he jf and vinnie went in together, Mike D should have got the Pocket Rocket as his pro instead of JP, and The other guy who did get the 1080 model juniepo should get more pictures and movies of him if he wants to keep his sponsership and pro model

Since JP is not on the 1080 program anymore and that he is not doing rots of parks jump (he mostly do backcountry with the pocket Rocket) he do not have to 'promote' the 1080 as much as before. Beside, the 720 are shorter, so the are easier to keep balanced on rails.

haha, back frm the dead.

I actually messaged him about this. he said he does it just to promote the 720. To show people that you can still ski on it. nothing about flex or pop.
 
Salomon kept him from using them to hold him back. If allowed to ski on better ski he'd become more powerful anyone could even be. Resulting in head exploding syndrome when a person would look directly at his riding. It was for the safety of the skiing community.
