Joystick warranties

Does anyone have any experience with Joystick's warranty policy? I snapped one of my poles today just tumbling in pow. It surprises me cause I've taken falls that have been harder on me and the poles. Is there someone in particular at Joystick that I should talk to?

I wouldn't count on joystick to refund your poles, because you snapped them.

If you live in Van/Whistler area, talk to Anthony. He's really good with warranties and stuff with regards to his product. I shot him an email when I broke my Carbon pole last year and he said he'd hook me up with a new pair. I never followed up though because at the time I was in highscool and getting a ride to whistler was quite difficult. But you're gonna want to talk to him.

i wouldn't either if it had happened on a rock or a tree but they just snapped in pow and I'm really surprised that a small tumble could do that.
