yeah i ordered some poles from them and my friends dog chewed the grips and baskets. so i emailed Anthony and asked him if i could get some new grips and baskets for like 10 bucks. he emailed me back saying that they didnt make any extra grips but they made extra baskets and that he could hood me up with some free of charge. so i was like "sick!". today i got my baskets and with them was the best grips joystick makes. free of charge! yeah just wanted to say that if your planning on buying poles, buy joysticks cause there one of the best companies out there.
 
I have a pair of carbon poles and they were sick but were not to good for park because they broke relatively easily. But if your looking for a light pole and dont fall a lot its a sick pole
 
Last season i preordered a tee shirt and it was supposed to ship on sept 15th or something but didn't till early october so they sent me an extra tee. I was stoked and ended up actually prefering the one i got for free. Joystick is awesome. =)
 
Thats so sick, yeah for sure, if a company like joystick hooks you up let us know. Im glad I know they have excellent customer service, I will be sure to keep that in mind! :D
 
Defienetly legit.

I order some poles and the next day got a phone call from anthony saying the didn't have the size I ordered but he could cut some down. I said sure why not? When I got them they had the better grips on them and they came with two t-shirts and a ton of stickers.
 
super legit company, i havent emailed tony, but i needed some new baskets for my poles and seth hooked me up. really nice guy
 
Yeah but I still thought hot lunch was better. It changed the way I ski. Since joystick put out hot lunch I have been spending less and less time in the terrain park and more and more time in the woods and just makeing the whole mountain my terrain park.
 
It's definitely refreshing to hear stuff like this about a small company, I think I'm gonna order a pair of poles right now : )
