Holy shit! Theory-3/PBP killed it this year. My favorite movie out of this year for sure. Anyone else just get it delivered? So stoked off it...
 
i saw it at a premier. it looked pretty sick. a lot of backcountry. i dont remember a lot of it though.
 
How was Journal compared to PNW and Photoplay?

In my opinion Photoplay was much better than PNW.

Regardless, I am stoked to get Journal.
 
dude. . . seriously? such a sick movie park and bc booters fest so ill. and journal cant be beat for some am/unknown pro talent. its the kids you can see everyday at whistler.

havent seen anyhting else but not really expecting much. pretty much seen them all already for the past 3 years.
 
Journal was my favorite as well. Such a sick combination of everything; riding, park, powder, urban, soundtrack gahh soooo goood.

Everyone go out and get it, you wont be disappointed!
 
in terms of raw tricks i didnt think it was better than turbo, but as a movie i thought it was better, better flow, just more interesting.. and turbo was sick i'm not denying that..
 
ya thats kinda what i figured you meant, i already have 2 friends with turbo, one with jib jam, ones getting claim, and the others getting massive so i dunno what movie i should get.

Journal was the dopest movie I've seen this season. So much pow and BC and creativity. Nice soundtrack, and talented riders. Keep in mind I haven't seen Turbo, but this movie beat Massive, Claim, and Slamina hands down. Slamina is an am movie though, so for half the price of a pro movie you get more than half the entertainment for sure, especially if you like hip-hop.
 
all the ski movies ive seen have been sick, but none have matched That's it That's All..... that movie is retartedly epic.
 
if you like what you see, buy a copy and maybe it will give jeff a lil more to work with next year.
 
yeah journal and turbo are my favourites so far... such is life was dope as well. i want to get slamina. but yeah journal is a good buy, plus your helping out someone who put everything on the line to get us journal.
 
i was gonna say, its a shame i had to see that movie so soon since i now am comparing it to every ski movie i see, and it makes every ski movie look like crap. But putting that aside journal is definitly the best ski movie i have seen this season. Ced's urban was just insanely smooth, major props on that. Charlie is a dirt bag, no shirt switch pow landings. Everything is sick, the only segment that didn't make me insanely stoked was the first segment, although it still was good it didn't compare to the rest. Oh yeah, the shweitzer park shoot was redic. Oh and major claim coming up, Joe talks about breaking his collarbone and missing the shweitzer shoot, I was there when he broke his collarbone! /end claim.
 
I have to say that being part of journal and LSS pretty much makes me haoppy about everything I have and could have done wityh skiing.

I can wait to be part of another amsing thing like both of these movies.
