JOSS leak on ESPN

precisely. its relevant to the sport, if for no other reason that to make us all shake our heads at the utter lack of professionalism by both parties throughout the incident.

Yea for some reason i had the name confused with Benne Mayr and when i saw that name in the new Revolver movie i questioned it thanks yall

/thread, seriously. This is so out of hand, Im over all this highschool drama bullshit...
Cold Rush > JOSS...There would never be some bitchy little drama over a contest with those riders under that format....just another reason why real skiers and big mountain contests will always own park skiers and contests. /rant

Both are amazing competitions, but this year's Cold Rush was quite lame IMO, mostly due to the lack of depth in the field of riders. They needed guys like Abma, Tudor, and Macintosh out there.

you sound like Tanner now...hahah but seriously, both contests bring different things to the table, I dont think i like one more than the other because they are so different

I agree with you, they are both sick contests and way different....Just voicing my opinion that big mountain is where its at and were I see this sport going to great heights....

Let's not forget about the sponsors. They play a huge role in making the event happen, and in the end, whether Simon and Jon get along, people are gonna watch it and they are gonna love it... and that's all that matters.

Props to team America though that's a sick video. Can't wait to see what Canada dished out

honestly i think its pretty messed if team america leaked cuz they lost. I 100% understood simons " what the fuck" reaction. anyone who has been in a judged competition did. But what it comes down to is... you lost. deal with it, and come back harder next year. I still think dumont is one of the best atheletes to rock our sport, but this is truly bad sportsmanship. how many drinks did jon (or his sponsors) pay for for Team AMERICA to be there? I believe this just to be some bad decision making based on some ill feelings. If team america had stopped to think a minute about what a) they got out of it, b) what the skiing community gets out of it, and c)how this could fuck relations between the most influential skiers of our time, they'd reconsider. at least i hope so.
