Joss Christensen switch dub 7

Can someone explain to me why this trick is so amazing? I saw it when Tom posted it on FB yesterday. I think I just dont really comprehend why this is so hard. What makes a dub 7 so much harder than a dub 10 or 12? Obviously Joss is amazing and this trick is something I could never dream of doing... but I was kinda underwhelmed

It's just a lot weirder of an axis. If it were as easy as a dub 10 or 12 then people would've done it a lot sooner

Because no one has ever done it before, noah does like a sw dub rodeo/lincoln 7 in one video, but no one has done a sw dub cork 7.

It reminds me of a modern version of the Sw cork 7 that Laurent Favre did at the US Open a million years ago.
 
i watched it a million times, and i can't figure out what the fuss is all about. ok, i believe that it's hard a trick to perform, but it doesn't look that cool. i think Joss needs to refine the trick's style and make it look better.

if it wasn't said to be a dub cork 7 I'd have just called it a funky cork 7, but I do sorta see it being a dub cork. regardless, really cool.
 
So sick been wanting to see that trick for a while. And for those who thinks it looks like just a Switch cork 7 you're a fucking idiot.
 
pretty rarely do you see switch cork 3s, so that was nutty! Also, lol to all the tom wallisch fan bois who are perplexed as to why this is sick

the less rotations spun cause for the corked axis rotations to be stressed harder

the second rotation is the lamest part. i definitely can't perform this trick, but i'm certainly entitled to criticize it.
