Josh Berman and no poles

Heard a rumor that Berman does not allow kids to ski with no poles in his films, does anyone know if this is true?

that's because all his stuff got stolen including his skis. if you look he's using pow skis. and i bet berman wouldnt hate on no poles specially because tom wallish won his superuknown contest and mainly used no poles.
