jonny did do alot for the sport...with the whole mute grab thang, but he is such an ass. he came to steamboat for the ultimate bumps and jumps thing and didn't even try to throw anything. he just uses his fame to cover his lazy-ass. and his video game is gay, except for the fact that i ge to play with tanner hall.

JM is an ass. by far, my pick for fav mogul/freeskier is Evan Dvnbig (i can never spell his name). he is way better at moguls, has way better style, and he isn't an ass.

dude, the money is not the main issue here. there are plenty of pro skiers who make money but aren't dicks about it. they still do what they did before they became big. i see selling out as changing your style because someone else wants you to, not because you agree to endorse something. i think jonny moseley is overrated but whatever. i can't change it and neither can you, so stop arguing about this. and another thing, learn to respect other peoples' opinions and don't get so butt hurt if they're not the same as yours.

Remember in the first X-Games big air Moseley went in to his final jump with both poles in the same hand so he could go bigger, that was SOOOO cool. I still dont get that, the announcers were like 'O my good, he is holding BOTH poles in one hand!!'. Ya, he is a good skier, no denying that, soo big deal, there are lots of good skier, dont mean ya have to like them all. I think he's sort of a tool, soo, some people probably think I'm a tool, so it's all good.

Jonny is the general publics 'portal' into the freeskiing world, he promotes the sport to the general public, becuase he is so popular becuase of the olympics, etc. mention pep fujas to the common man, and hes like 'what the fuck', but mention jonny moseley, and hes like 'yeah i know who that is'. its the truth. as far as he goes in person, i've met him and he didnt seem to be too much of an ass- granted, fame has found him, but who fucking cares. the way i see it, if you care so much about him then you must care about him in some way or another. i honestly am indifferent, but im sick of everyone trash talking the guy. give it a rest

 
everybody was riding with two poles in one hand at the beginning, and at x-games they jump all normaly except moseley and 2 or 3 other guys 'cause they can't grab with one pole in each hand. i remember seing pictures off thovex and regnier here in france doing cork 3 and flair with two poles in the hand, it was in 1998 i think.

anyways in ski movie 1 and 2 i think you can see that moseley can ski great and throw good jump, maybe u don't like him because he have no style but i would be as good as him
