Jonahs at Squaw...

waait, any confirmation on this nojas? this could change my plans for next season as well...

Even though Squaw will be one of the busiest places on earth this year. I have chosen to stay at Alpine. I've taken a plan to the big dogs upstairs, and they want to make it happen. It's not a secret that I wasn't stoked on the way the park had taken a back seat, but I was not going to bail out on a program that had so much potential.

Alpine will be making terrain features on the mountain this year. We will be using areas that have never been used before. You will be able to ride one of the best mountains, and blast jumps, and slide rails in the same run. We will be building a park to fit in Alpine's natural features. We will have the best jumps in Tahoe, again.

I will give you more details next week. If you are going to get a pass, DO IT! I will be personally selling passes this year, so if you are going to get one before the prices go up, please P.M. me. If I can sell some passes, some of the proceeds will go to park improvements.

Thanks for the hype KC!

Yah! I'm looking forward to some progressive and unusual features! I'll admit last year's park was a bit of a drag... really cool big park, pretty cool small park, and nothing in between for the folks like me... I'm hoping for some interesting medium-sized features! Just because it isn't the biggest doesn't mean it can't be cool!

this sounds too legit. i mean, wwaaayyy to legit to quit.
im PM'ing you for a pass.
Suggestions... the flat part of terrys return for a jib arena, cuz that turns into a roller filled fun run that could continue down towards alpine bowl chair then throw a few more jibs where it flattens out, then we can ride hot wheels mother fucking gully out to the tiegel park, then later rinse repeat.
red green was fun with features too
i am a very stoke!
