olsson is amazing, but we must not overlook how cool tanner hall is, i mean, xxxxxl clothes, i think it gives him the edge

jon of course but i would say windstedt is even better on a technical point of view. On the style however jon wins for me.

Agreed concerning with most of what has been said bout pep (ie he is the future)

 
Between Tanner and Jon, I gotta give the nod to Jon. He will throw it down wherever and whenever. Tanner's place is the park and pipe, and while he is amazing there, he just doesn't seem to be the total-package Jon is. And as it's been said before, Henrik could easily give Jon a run for his money. I also think it's funny that Candide's name has only been mentioned a few times.

Seeing as how Tanner defeated Jon the last three XGames in a row, Tanner has proved that he's better than Jon, making him the favorite to with the slopestyle yet again. As for this debate, why bother? just sit back and watch the contest that's about to go down, and enjoy.

if you see the x games votes, jon olsson win. In the events as us open and more in x games is very important the marketing and tanner is more sell. Also tanner is american and this games............

Ok, it's been a year. Let's look at the current situation.

Jons infamous ego has landed him his own competition in Ã…re. Hes also sold out to a brand that is officialy considered gay by every single skier in Sweden. Two X-Games Bronzemedals. Again.

Tanner is hurt. He bailed big time, because he was trying new stuff. So was Jon, but it seems to me that Tanner was more persistent in his attempt. 2 X-Games Silvermedals. Unusual.

How is Jon's J. Lindeberg sponsorship more of a sellout than any other clothing sponsorship?

Anyway, as for pure skiing ability, I'd say its pretty close. I think Jon is a little more stylie but Tanner is more technical. I still like Jon a lot more because of the way he holds himself. I really don't like Tanner's attitude and don't support his lifestyle outside of skiing.

tanner is WAY cocky. we ate dinner with him. all he could talk about was himself. jon on the other hand is sooo sweet. i didn't eat with him. but we had a conversation. he is so considerate. he just wanted to help me.
