I've always found it funny how concerned NS is with fashion. It's not gay to spend all of your time gossiping about next years gear like preteen girls? Oh right, you dress ghetto so it's cool. And T Wall does it.
 
That's the point of a sponsorship. For someone who is good to use the product and advertise it. What do you think they are for? For an athlete to get free shit?
 
i think the point he was making is that 90% of NS will change their opinions if their opinion isn't "cool" anymore (spineless).
 
All i can say is that Jon must own this company or have some serious financial interest for him to leave Oakley. The amount of R&D that goes into lenses is phenomenal
 
It's after Ted Ligety broke off and had so much sucess in his goggle range for racing.

He's just doing the same with freestyle. Almost a guaranteed money maker because he's such a big name.
 
Shred got a few freestylers though to keep it real. So you think he'll get some racers into it? It's possible.

Somewhere, in his freeskier press release i believe he said he was offered into partnering and wanted to make goggles made from the most expensive "watch and sunglasses materials" on earth. AKA- GUCCI/FENDI/GORGIEARMANI?LOUIV/GUESS/COACH/ROLEX/RAYBAN/MAUIJIM/TAGHUER for your eyes!!!!!!!

I think i get all that with Oakley, Scott, Smith (I/O :]) or any other goggle brand i prefer. I hope these come with x-ray vision, night vision, and make you ski better. Cause otherwise i'm not payin' ^$150 for goggles that look like that even if they're polarized.
 
so now that i've had a good look at them i totally change my mind, they're actually pretty slick. at first glance with no frame on the bottom of the lens, it looked funny and it was hard to tell how it attached to the goggle. anyways, still glad no leather, and i guess we'll have to wait and see how he prices them?

When I saw the lambo with the big "yniq" on the side, for some reason I thought of a koala bear for just a fraction of a second.
 
Oh shit.... He must want to use those to take the picture for the graphics on his new skis!!! They should work well for more of an action shot if ya know what I mean.

 
wow....those look like my dad's old shitty ass World Cup Uvex goggles.
Seriously....no spherical lens, and looks to have little to no anti fog at all.
I work park in the winter, and hike/shovel/rake shit all the time. The only gog that i have had no problems with fog have been the C-bars. I have tryed the Phenoms and they work just as well. I look at these, and would not pick them up because it looks to have shit venting.
A name, or fashon woun't sell a product like this on its own. If it works well, it will sell. If not then it will go to the tubes.
