I think it's awesome that jon takes the time to read posts on ns and give feedback. I think that kind of interactivity is unprecedented and more pros should follow suit.

That said, i think some people are getting scared to say negative things about jon. Some ppl will say one thing then quickly take it back when they are shocked to see jon actually posting on NS!

But still, thanks jon for posting on ns and the videoblog! The video blog is so sick. Just as if not more sick than RTC. btw wher ethe fuck is episode 3!!!

Yea, lots of pros read and post on newschoolers. I know TJ does, at the pros and powder tour on the lift i told him a joke and then hes like " oh i got one for you, whats a pirates favorite ski?..........AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRMADA" Then has like " I read that one on newschoolers" When he asked i guessed right because i rember someone posted it awhile ago.

yea, so lots of pros probally have accounts but thier secret.
 
Most pros do have NS accounts, except for probably the older guys/big mountain guys. Tanner is ccrewsoldier or something like that, Chris Turpin is JIBCULTURE4LIFE, Colby wouldn't tell us his at HN, Andy Mahre is **Andy**, obviously jon is jonaolsson, and I forgot the rest that I might know of.

Pros definitely log on here, since they are known celebrities on here, they probably want to know what people are saying about them. Hell if I were pro I would want to know if people liked me.
 
i really apperciate that jon takes the time to do it, it lets us live vicariously through him lol (as lame as that sounds) but don't get me wrong, many of us are never going to have the pro lifestyle
 
maybe all the girls on ns can do a show like "rock of love" but less smuty and compete for "jon's love". I bet it would get pretty intense
 
Jon needs to get on NS more often. Any skier that would personally spend a little bit of time on NS and wonder about what the fans think gets my respect. G
 
yeah dude almost all the pro's are on here they post video's and shit, they definitly read what we say so they can always be ontop of their game progressing where we think the sport should go
 
hahah just saw jon working on the huge kicker for best trick, while the half pipe comp was going, it was during a talk break, hes distinct in that white and brown leather. what a work ethic, and youve got to admire his dedication and desire for the sport, what a great guy to spend his time on here and with the video blogs. really makes one feel privledged. thats what a role model is.

ha i love jon's video blogs, and i didnt know he was posting on ns.  but thats really chill, and just makes me like him even more.   thanks jon!
 
I was one of those hating on him for bitching about the jumps. I'm glad he cleared that up in his videoblog, which is awesome. I really appreciate Jon for not following the path of so many others and writing NS off as a bunch of bitchy 12 yr olds.

i like how is karma rating is 45 (who's the asshole who gave him ---karma??) but it is really cool that he gets caught up in procrastination like the rest of us.
