Check out the Bonus clip in Teddybear Crisis. It's too fucking sick to handle.

Fakie cork five, doublegrab on almost both tips, then A HUGE TWEAK! Just tweaks both skis to the left like he tweaks his safeties. It's god damn crazy. His part in TBC was also his best part in three years.
 
dude, i saw that and thought the same exact thing...as far as im concerned, its the perfect trick. i think he does it with a sw 5?
 
He should have won the x games. i finally saw some clips. he spun both ways perfectly, stomped the fuck out of everything.
 
in slopestyle x he was so sick but charles was good as well tbc segment is good but so short there is some bonus but still i look for a 2005 jon segment thats longer than some shots where is it?
 
Teddybear Crisis is 46 minutes. thats longer than a normal ski video length. Check PYB for a short ass flick. Plus there isnt a single section of the video that is in the least bit boring. Brandon Becker is fucken awesome. Jon Olsson is the styliest guy around. That double grab is fucken gnarly.
 
what were peoples opinions on wilsons double cork? i thought it was sick as fuck and really smooth. have peoples opinions changed from when people were knocking on him for throwing that misty/cork ish thing at the us open.

in april when NS released the article about tanner's broken angles...didn't the article say that jon and tanner both stomped a cab 9 over chads and that jon attempted cab misty 9 ??

coz there ain't a single shot of Jon on chads in TBC
 
well there is one of him doing a big ass spread eagle (or was it a cossak?) over chads in the credits. i was dissapointed not to see any other shots of him on that
 
It's a little known fact but when Jon hit Chad's doing the switch misty nine, all the cameras broke at once and the film that contained his ariel manuever tweeked out and burned up before anyone could watch it.
 
i think jon gets robbed every year in the x games. he makes stuff look too easy, and i think that hurts him. gagnier has a pretty substatial huck on spins, plus tends to be shaky on rails. t hall is the same way to somne extent, but better at both, and looks good doing it. this past season i really gained some respect for him. he seems to have finally matured a bit.

but yea, jon owns it beyond all of em.
 
Best part of TBC hands down was Jon's 12 outfits with a total estimated value of over $30,000!!! Even the straightest of us would do him in that all pink fit.
 
I was at a TBC premiere tonight... best movie ever. It reminds you of Robot Food stuff... really nice feel to it
 
Jon is just to sick for words. His seggmenrt from 1242 would stillbe better then most peoples this year. He is jsut light years ahead or everyone ells.
 
Jon is sick. and i think over all these years he should have gotten at least a silver in teh x-games slopestyle. adn i think tanner should have won the slopestyle this year, not gagnier. tanners so much steizyer
 
Nah, jon wear tight clothes, mickaels butter in PYB is by far the steeziest trick ive ever seen, or the first guy tommy in c crews butteroff that cliff
 
its because there were so many chads gap shots in the film that they didnt wanna use more, allthough alot of them werent worth the film they shoulda used the better ones. tbc rules
 
Jon is ridiculous, it looks like hes not even trying. Really dissapoointing too how there weren't any shots of him hitting chads, maybe in the next Volume Video Mag though
 
Whaaaat you think they wouldn't choose Jons switch misty 9 over Karlströms double back? Get your priorities straight, sketch.
 
I actually didnät like Teddybear too much, but it was a fine piece of movie making talent. Brandon Becker's every trick was pretty sketchy, and so was Wilson's and Karlström's... I'm sure Becker is better in the real life, cos he said he had never really done highspeed huge gaps before. Laurent only had a few rails, I mean what's the fucking deal, he's the styliest guy around. Then the music was pretty damn horrible. But if you like slow motion and techno pop music, it's a good movie for you.
 
they weren't the same gap though, karlstrom was pyramid, but man, such an awesome movie, my personal favs on screen, the music that rocks the socks off my feet, and sweet shots.

jon just satnds out in my mind, such an awesome skier, and a great person.

Back to the topic. I agree the trickisprobably the one of the sickest tricks i have ever seen. the tweak made the trick.Jon's tricksare always smooth as all hell, but sometimesthe are a little mechanical. However, i thought a lot of the stuff he did in tbc was some ofthesickest skiing i have ever seen. The opening trickin his seg (sw misty 5 blunt i believe) among others were amazing.
