I just dont think jons was quite as steezy as thall or the gagnier. thall was impressive and gold quality but gagnier was a force above it even. as for unnaty spins, I forget, but Im glad gagnier won

Jon was the best no doubt, he deserves the gold... all the tricks was so smooth... if he lands switch, he goes switch on the next jump...
 
Jon is consistently the smoothest slopestyle rider in my opinion, everything is stomped, and all grabs are held long, and his rails are smoooooth.
 
this thread isn't old or anything.......but yes i do believe jon should have won the x games. In Ski Film's movie called strike they showed the top 3 peoples run's and 1 of jons run was so ridiculuous
 
i ought charles run was better on the jump part that cab 10 that charles did at the bottom was obviouskly bigger tehn jon's, there was almost no landing left.

Charle did something tehn everyone else on the rails wich prolly helped him a bit.

Still, as I,ve been saying since it hapened it should have been charl-jon for 1 and 2 then tanner if not anyone else cause tanner sketched 2 tricks on the jump and toucvhed a hand on a landing
 
the judging difference can be seen on that first downkink. T hucked a 450 on 270 out and barely touched the rail. Jon did a smooth 270, landed right after the kink locked on and slid it all smooth. Technically harder trick beats style, unfortunately.
 
how could you cheat in the x games besides paying off the jugdes and lets face it there are no skieres that could do that besides t-hall
 
Seriously? Jon's style wasn't half as good as tanner's, and his tricks weren't as technical. As for pipe, you have to be kidding about thinking he should have won? He did the same run he has done for 3 years with little amplitude. While I agree his run was excellent, no first place
 
at firat i was thinkin u were sayin that jon olsson actually cheated at x and i was like "what the fuck?? how do u cheat in the x games?? i now feel stupid.
 
jon should have won, but take alook of the scoring, jon actually scorse a couple point unde tanner. no mather what they say about his style he can't have got so much less points than tanner. jon had 87 or something and tanner had 92. i'm not totaly sure, something around that.
 
I care more about if he was cheated or not, who cares what he is dressed like. If he did win and people did see how he was dressed and based their opnions on that then theira bunch of idiots. It isn't about how you dress, it's about how your ride.
